Opening Outlook tries to Install Contribute

Hello,

After having Outlook working perfectly for eight months when I tried to
open it today it brings up the Windows Installer for Macromedia
Contribute 3. I have contribute installed on my machine but why is
Outlook 2003 trying to bring up the installer?

I found some information about PictureIt! and Visual Studio doing the
same thing but neither of those solutions were able to fix my issue.

Any ideas?
