Opening page in browser

I opened my website (www.starsart.com) and found that the opening page with a
frame that was always there was gone, I cannot figure out why it is not
there. The page now there as the main page without the frame is
welcomb2.html. Welcomb2.html is the same page without the frame. The frame is
still in front page 2003 with the file index html. Now the opening page on
the site is welcomb2.html. How do I get the correct page index.html to open
when the site is opened? I did not make any change that I know of to have
this happen. Can any one help on this problem? Thank you.

Opens correctly for me - frameset with 3 frames containing
welcome1.html, welcome2.html and welcome3.html

On my home/office computer I get the page welcomb2.HTML went I go on the web
and open www.starsart.com, I cannot figure out why I do not get the opening
page index.html with the three frame pages. Why do I not get the correct
opening page? Thank you: Stars
