I am having a weird issue here. I have a powerpoint file created in
powerpoint 2000. There are no strange fonts or anything in this file. When
I move the file to a computer running powerpoint 2002, it does not open the
file properly, all the text has been moved slightly, or parts are cut off,
spaces between paragraphs have increased. What is strange is when I do a
file open, there is a small preview window, in this window, it is displaying
properly, but once I hit Open, all the formatting changes. Is there any way
to convert this file from the 2000 version to 2002 without losing the
formatting? Is there other steps I should be following to open this file in
powerpoint 2002?
One other note, I opened this file in the powerpoint viewer 2003 version,
and it also messes up the formatting.
Any help would be appreciated as I have created about 40 presentations over
the last 2 months and wasn't expecting there would be this kind of problem.
