Opening .pst files using anything other than outlook?

I have all my .pst files saved from my previous work
email. I can't configure outlook (i've sent a separate
post about this), so can't open the program - because of
this i can't import the .pst file into Outlook. Can I open
it through any other program?

No. You need Outlook.
