Opening Reports

I have a person who has added a front-end version of my database to their
desktop. But they are unable to open any other the reports. I have made
sure they have a printer setup and that they have the appropriate
permissions. Please help.

If they have created the front end are they linked to all of the tables on
the back end and do they have the reports loaded locally or are those also
linked?
