Opening straignt into Contacts Page

Is there a way to open straight into the contacts page
when you click on the Outlook icon?

In Outlook 2000 you would select:

The TOOLS menu
Select the OPTIONS... menu
Select the OTHER tab
Select ADVANCED OPTIONS...
In the "General Settings" section next to:
"Startup in this folder: " select CONTACTS
