We use exchange server. i went to the host computer and setup subfolders
under the contacts folder and setup contacts in that folder. I set
permissions to other users to review the contacts folder on my computer.
When they open outlook and ask to view others folders and enter my login
name
and select contacts, they can ONLY see the main contact folder NOT the
subfolders. I want them to see the subfolders as well. We use Outlook
2003
version with microsoft exchange server.
