Opening Tasks link from Project Web Access

My company is running Project Access 2003. After logging in to Project Web
Access the Home page is displayed with the Tasks link to my projects page.
When I click on Tasks a one inch square window briefly appears then closes
leaving me back at the Home page. I am running Windows XP Pro - SP2 and MS
Office 2003. This problem only occurs on my pc. If I log in on another
machine I do not have the problem so I know it is some setting on the pc. I
have uninstalled the Add-ons Pj11enuC Class and PjAdoInfo3 Class and let them
reload but to no avail. My security settings are Medium and I have Pop-Up
blocker turned off. Also, I have tried turning on error notification and
debug but no messages appear at the time of failure. Any help would be
appreciated.
