opening up jpeg attachments

I received the following error report:
"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
(X) Runtime Error
Program:C:\PROGRA~1|MICROS~4|OFFICE11\ois.exe
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information"

What can I do?

Provide us with more info about what you are trying to and your
configuration. Wild guess; you have a virus scanner that integrates with
Outlook. Disable this integration and try again.
