Opening URL attachments without saving

I have modified my registry in Office 2003 to allow URL attachments in
Outlook 2003. However, when I double-click on the attachment I am forced to
save the URL to my hard drive and then open the attachment in a browser.

Is there a way to open the URL attachment without having to save it first?
