Opening Visio 2000 document in Visio 2003

I have Visio 2003 Professional SP2 installed. When I open up documents that
were created in Visio 2000, the formatting is a disaster. For example, text
that appears properly contained within a box in a 2000 document spills
outside of the box when the same document is opened in 2003. Help!
