Some solutions will open certain stencils with a new drawing so you need to
know what to expect. If the drawing opens with a stencil you can close the
stencil and save the drawing which should save the workspace. Right click
on the open stencil and select close.

When I open some .vsd files other windows open including Blocks
[Read-Only],
Shapes [Read-Only] and Connectors [Read-Only]. How do I disassociate the
latter 3 from the .vsd so they don't open?
