Opening Web Links in Outlook

On the chance that I did not do the previous one right...I upgraded from
Office 2003 to Office 2007, but in both, whenever I try to open a link to a
web page from an email, I get an Outlook message: "This operation has been
canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your
system administrator." I am the owner and only user of this computer and have
looked at all the persmission and security things I can find, but cannot find
any setting that would cause this problem. Any ideas? Thanks

I'm having the same problem and can't figure out how to fix it. I've had
office 2007 for a couple years now and just started having this problem out
of the blue, did anyone give you an answer on how to fix this problem? By the
way if anyone replies to this my new e-mail is (e-mail address removed)
