Opening web sites maximized

Every time I open a new window - whether in Expolorer, Outlook, or anything
else - it opens minimized. Is there any way to have them open automatically
maximized so that I don't have to maximize them every time?

Look at the Run settings on the shortcut's properties. The options are
"Normal Window", "Minimized" and "Maximized". This isn't related to
Office, so further questions should be directed to the group for the
operating system that you have on the computer.
