Opening Windows Explorer

I am trying to create a database that, along with peoples
contact info, I want to be able to have documents that are
associated with these people attached to the record.

I know that by assigning the "hyperlink" data type to a
field and manualy typing in the location of the document,
I can achieve this. However, I was wondering if it is
possible to have Access open up Windows Explorer and have
the user navigate to the specific location of the
document, click on that document and have the hyperlink
field automatically fill in with that location.

Any help would be appreciated.
