Opening Word

When I open a blank document on Word it shows up a a previously written project. When i try to open a New Blank Document the same document shows up. How do i make the blank template a REAL blank template and not a presaved document?

It sounds like you've accidentally had content written to your Normal
template for which there are 2 relatively simple cures

One: While in Word follow the directions on the following site to navigate
to & open your Normal template, select & delete the content then save &
close. Restart Word & you should be good to go. Or,

Two: Follow the same instructions as shown on that site while Word *isn't*
running in order to rename Normal & have it create a new one on launch. The
remaining instructions will guide you through recovering any customizations.
