Openldap and MS Outlook

I manage to connect MS Outlook 2003 to a LDAP Server running on Ubuntu
7.
It works fine, when ever I add an entry into the LDAP Server I can see
it on MS Outlook.

What I notice is that when I my address book ( on Outlook) and I
select the LDAP server it does not display any entries. You have to
Search for an entry.

Is there a way to make it to display all the entries?

Sounds like your OpenLDAP solution doesn't support the VLV Extension or a
combination of the paged results and the server-side sort controls.
