Openning an Existing FP file

I am going to be making changes to a website created in Front Page I have the
name and password. However do I need the original files to make changes to
the content on the website?

Open the online site in FP using File Open Site (log in) and either:
- publish it to your PC as a local site to edit and publish back when done
or
- just edit the page online live in the FP site
