openning outlook

my outlook freezes everytime I try to open it.

Here's what happened: i tried to send a pretty big email
(15MB) and it didn't go through. so I got this returned
email notice, but somehow it's 36MB. Outlook freezes
everytime it tries to open this email and i set outlook
to goto my Inbox everytime i open it, so everytime i open
outlook it goes straight to that huge 36MB email,
therefore it freezes everytime...

Is there a way to get rid of this email without opening
Outlook? or any other ways to fix this?

I appreciate your help.
thanx a lot

Try this:
- File menu > New > PST file
- Give the new PST a temporary name
- Click OK to the new dialog
- right-click on the root of the new set of folders
- choose Properties
- Select "Deliver POP Mail ...."
- Click OK

Quit & Restart Outlook

Once Outlook restarts, expand your previous set of folders and delete the
bad message from the Outbox.

- Right click on the root of your original set of folders
- Choose Properties
- Select "Deliver POP Mail ..."
- Click OK

Quit & Restart Outlook

Hopefully all will be well after this...
