I am using OneNote to create hyperlinks both to web pages and to pages within
OneNote. The web page links worked fine, but when I tried creating a link to
a page within OneNote, I got a message saying that the operation was canceled
due to restrictions in effect on this computer and that I should contact my
system administrator. This is a personal computer.
Experimentation shows that now all my hyperlinks in Excel and Word
hyperlinks also result in the same message, which could be a huge problem if
I can't get them to work. Also, I'm getting some other weird behavior in an
Excel file that has internal hyperlinks to different worksheets, namely, the
text in the next cell over his now mysteriously blue.
I am running the trial version of Office 2007, the Student and Home office
edition, Windows Vista Home Basic with SP1, on a Dell Inspiron 1420. I also
have Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox installed, because I'm undecided on
Web browsers. My mail program is Thunderbird, if that matters.
