Hi!
I've cheated a little bit to install BCM on a terminal server. I've made a
custom installation (used the custom installation wizard to generate an mst
file) that tells Outlook to use cached mode. This way BCM installs OK
eventhough it seems that Outlook isn't really using cached mode... So this
could of course be the problem.
Anyway: Sometimes when users open and read e-mails they receive an error
from BCM saying: "The operation failed". I don't know which operation is
failing so it's hard to troubleshoot the problem. Has anyone else seen this
error and knows what it means? Is there a log that I can look through to
find the source of the problem?
Thanks in advance
