Operation Failed message - imort or export

Whether I import or Save as and follow the wizard I get a Operation failed
message.
I've done this before and it worked I do not understand why it does not work
now.

Jason,

What version of Project are you using? There were some problems
with the import/export wizard in Project 2003 unless SP-3 was
installed and the option "Allow loading of legacy file formats" on
the Security tab in Tools > Options was enabled.

Let us know what version (including SP information) and whether the
"Allow loading" is enabled.

Using SP2. It did work at one time. Excel is SP3 if that makes a difference

Hi Jason,

Try installing SP-3 to Project 2003 and enable the option "Allow
loading of legacy file formats." There was a security push after
SP-3 that I believe caused some trouble with the wizard if SP-3 is
not installed.
