Running Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 (11.8002.6568) SP2
If I drag an e-mail from my inbox to my desktop or to a network share
and then close outlook, I can then immediately double-click the .msg
file and it will re-open in outlook. However, after an undetermined
amount of time (I have some that 2 weeks old, some older), if I
double-click on those .msg files, I get the error message:
"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook"
If I open outlook first, then double-click on one of the .msg files, I
get:
"The operation failed. An object could not be found."
If the .msg is only a few hours old, it opens with no problem. How do
I correct this, or what is causing it to happen?
And we really need to print these emails out
Thanks
