Operation failed, object not found

I have MS office and I use outlook to access my e-mail, but it's not allowing
me to send or receive my mail. A message pops up saying "operation failed,
object not found." I've ran the repair on it and nothing comes back wrong.
Any ideas on what is the best course of action?
