Using Outlook 2007, when I go to reply or forward an email and then click the
Send button, nothing happens. Then when I try to close the email, it asks if
I want to save the changes and I click Yes, but receive an "operation failed"
error message and cannot save the draft. This only occurs with a few specific
email addresses and it's not a problem with every single email. If I delete
the extend.dat file, the problem goes away for a while but then eventually
returns. Any suggestions?
