Hi Everyone,
I'm hitting an error with outlook 2000 using the advanced find button. A
user has permissions to open another users mailbox and contacts. She can
edit, create, and delete the other users contacts without any problems. She
can use the find button to search the other users contacts, but she cannot
use the Advanced Find. When she clicks Advanced Find an error box pops up
with "The Operation Failed". She can use the Advanced Find on her own
contacts and mail without any problems. The Exchange environment is 5.5 and
she is using Office / Outlook 2000. This sounds like a permissions issue, but
I don't know where I would go about changing permissions in an Exchange 5.5
environment. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!
