Operation Failed with GetInspector.ModifiedFormPages(".....").To.Text = ""

Want to know why my Outlook form encounters "The operation
failed" when executing the statement -

GetInspector.ModifiedFormPages("......").To.Text = ""

where .... is the name of the page.

Because a page has no To property. To is a property of the MailItem object.
