operation has been cancelled by system administrator

When i click any hyperlink in outlook i get the following message
This operations has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this
computer. Please contact your system administrator.

I AM THE SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR. and i i have not put any security mesures on
my computer. Over the weekend i recieved critical updates from microsoft this
morning i have had countless problems. This is a new computer less than 6
months old. My daughter is having the same problems and her computer is one
week old,

This is a problem with IE, its not an Outlook error. You need to reset your
internet settings in IE's Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. (Or Control
panel, Internet options, Advanced tab).
