Well, I think we're going to just use progress reporting in "My
Tasks", even for operational type projects to keep it simple (with 0
duration) as some friends here have suggested.
What would be left would be Administrative type work and Non-Work.
Assuming we aren't interested in tracking Non-Work, and we also use
"regular" projects to track "Administrative" type work (same as
above), is there any real need to use the Timesheets? Ease of
reporting, etc? I'm thinking not.
