I run Outlook 2003 with BCM V2 in a stand-alone environment. I had hoped to
customize Opportunity Reports to include fields not shown in the standard
reports. I now know from this site that it is not possible.
I can report the fields I want on-screen, by customizing the View. This
solves the problem for me. But I also want to share my Sales Opportunity
information with distant colleagues who run earlier versions of Outlook,
without BCM. I can save the standard reports as Word/Excel files, but the
basic data is not all there.
I realise this sounds pretty desperate, but - Is there any way of capturing
an on-screen View as an Excel or Word file?
