We are running BCM 2007 in a small office with three people. We do not have
a central server, we are running it only off of our individual laptops, which
are Dell D610s with 2 GB memory and running Windows XP. We have
approximately 1750 contacts in the BCM database, which is being sync'd
between the three machines.
There seem to be several points where BCM is responding extremely slowly.
For example, if I try to do a full view of all business contacts and then
scroll down through the list. There are significant delays while scrolling
and populating data. I am assuming this lag is as the system pulls
additional data from the SQL database.
Are there any BCM or SQL settings that can be optimized to help improve
performance from the system?
