Optimize

This is the first time I'm using the optimize Tool
Also the first time I am using a DWT
All my former publishing was done in FP 2000 and I don't think they were
available.
When I use optimize it removes all traces of the DWT so it seems simpler to
just Optimize.
The site now has 28 pages. Do I do them one at a time?
I have backed up the site for a beta type upload.
Can The DWT be reattached?
What if I change the site and add pages
Should I maintain 2 sets of sites: one optimized for upload and another
before optimization then update, backup and reoptimize?

You should be very careful using Optimize
- unless you are publishing using FTP and not using any FP run time components
(you can cause your site to fail or reverse http publishing will destroy your DWTs)

IMHO don't use it

I publish from FP (Using extensions I imagine) not a separate FTP program.
I don't have any run time components. I usi DWTs.

What is IMHO?
