Optimizing for PDAs and Mobile Devices

Using FP 2003 on Vista Business. Fairly new to FP. Do I need to do anything
special to optimize my pages and or linked documents (mostly pdfs) so that
they are readible or accessible with mobile devices? Is there a way to
preview what my Web sites and sub pages and documents will look like on the
small screen?
