Optimizing

Presentations with lots of pictures in them become very large. Is there a way to optimize the pictures once they're placed? Is there a way to optimize the size of the whole presentation file?

Hi Kathleen,

After you save the presentation and close PowerPoint, then right-click
on the file and choose compress (or archive). That creates a compressed
version that is convenient for delivering over the internet.
