Option boxes

I have seen some mention here of form fields called option boxes that act
like radio boxes instead of checkboxes. My help file in word makes no
mention of this type of form field (using Word 2002).

Is this a formfield available in a newer version of Word?

Thanks,
Mark

Stefan,

Thanks. I saw that article, and also another that looks like you can do
same without the use of a frame, which is what I need since I need to use
tables and frames don't work inside tables cells.

So when people reference option boxes here, they are really using checkboxes
with macro to make them options - is that correct? That is, there is no Word
formfield formats that provide this without macros, right?

Also, I need to email this survey word form out to people. I am concerned
that security programs will prevent the form from being delivered.

I know including VBA code in a submit button would probably kick it out.
Does the use of this kind of macro cause the same problem?

Any ideas on this much appreciated,
Mark
