Option Button

Hi,

Can any body tell me what is the purpose of Option Button Control in InfoPath.
Is it like a Radio Button? But, I have observed that it is allowing not only
TRUE/FALSE values but also other data types....(text,decimal,whole number)
etc.

How can I apply rules for these option button controls?

Option button = radio button; only one option in a group can be selected at a
time and all options in the same group have the same field name. You apply
rules to them the same way you apply rules to other types of controls. Just
make sure you assign unique values to each option in a group (Properties >
Value when selected).
