Although this is controlled by the mouse driver, this behavior would be much
appreciated in the entire Office Suite.
This should be an option, because some people don't like it. I personnaly
prefer not to have to click and then scroll. I want the scroll wheel to gain
focus of the pane/window at cursor position.
I'm using MS Office 2003 SP2.
