Option for scroll wheel to gain focus of a pane/window

Although this is controlled by the mouse driver, this behavior would be much
appreciated in the entire Office Suite.

This should be an option, because some people don't like it. I personnaly
prefer not to have to click and then scroll. I want the scroll wheel to gain
focus of the pane/window at cursor position.

I'm using MS Office 2003 SP2.

Try pressing the scroll wheel, doesn't ANYBODY try stuff before making
"suggestions"?
