Option Group displayed in a report

I have created a form which utilizes an option group and
have the information stored in the corresponding field. I
would like to be able to print the complete option group
listing in the report with the correct selection showing
in the check box.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I can't find the
information in any of the resources I have available.

Just copy the OptionGroup from your form's design view to your report's design view.
