Option Group Filtering Buttons produce "Automation Object" Error

I am using Access 2000.

I copied the the Northwind.mdb "A-Z option group" filter buttons to 1 of my
forms. I made the necesarry changes and this filtering group works fine.

I used another copy of the Northwind.mdb "A-Z option group" filter buttons
on the same form - making the necessary changes. This group has only 7
buttons and focuses on my "MemberType" field. Instead of using the "Like"
operator, I use the "=" operator (for example: [CC_MemberType]="Broker,
Member".

When I return to use this form and press any of the MemberType Filtering
buttons, I get The follwing error message: "The object doesn't contain the
automation obect "MEMTypeFilters." No filtering occurs.

Can anyone suggest a solution my problem?

In addition, I would like to use both filtering groups together or
singularly. For example: I would press the "D" button on the "A-Z option
group to select only companies with names beginning with "D" followed by
pressing the "Supplier, Member" button in the MemberType option group to
further filter the "D" named companies who are only Supplier Members. How
can I do this?

I discovered my error in the Member Type option Group. In the condition's
field I had a blank space before the macro name

Now both option Groups work properly.

However I would like to be able to:
