Option Group input problem

I have used the wizard to complete a series of option boxes and have bound
them to fields in a table. Unfortunately after saving and opening in form
view, when I click on the buttons nothing happens. I brought in a text box to
see if the data was being saved and got a -1 value as opposed to a 1,2,3 or 4
as a value as I set as the label value. Am I missing something?

It sounds like your option buttons are not part of an option group. An
Option Group can be bound to a field. Separate option buttons will each have
their own true/false -1/0 value.

The option buttons are part of option boxes and I verified that the values
that the wizard applied are listed in the option value area of the dialog box
and that the buttons are all in the option frame... any other thoughts.

Thanks

If you move one of the buttons beyond the edge of the frame, does the frame
expand? Do the option buttons have an "Option Value" property or a "Control
Source" property?

Duane,

Yes the button when moved, expands the edge of the frame, and yes they have
a control source property. Any more thoughts?

If the option buttons are part of an option group, they will NOT have a
Control Source property. They would only have an Option Value property.

Sorry,
Yes I meant Option Value property. I deleted the offending form and
recreated it from scratch and now it works properly. Thank you for your
help...
