Option not working

I running OneNote under Vista, when i access the Option under the Tools menu,
it stop working and closed. I tried to reinstall OneNote, and my Office
installer just stop working...

Anything in the event viewer? What if you do an uninstall of OneNote and
total reinstall?

I tried, and infact I uninstall whole office suite, and I couldn't get it
install. The installer just stop working. I haven't check the event viewer
yet. But now I restored back my OS, but the Option still in the place where
it won't work.
