Option "Outlook over RPC" is missing

Hello IT Fans,

i have a strange problem... ok,

I have installed Outlook 2003 with SP2 on a WindowsXP Machine. I want to
enable the Outlook over HTTPs Function, but it is missing! I don´t have the
possibility to enable it.

On another machine (same configuration in windows and office) i can enable
it...

Any suggestions?
