Option Setting

Hello,

For a few years I've been copying my online bank statement and pasting
it into a Word document. It always came out formatted as a table,
making it easy to read. Now, suddenly, I've lost the table format
using this technique, making it very difficult to read. I suspect I've
inadvertantly changed a setting somewhere, but I can't seem to find it.
I'm using MS Word 97.

Appreciate any suggestions,
