Option Sign Disable

The option to establish signatures in Outlook are disabled,they cannot be
modified. I suspect that the problem can be about with the registry. Can
someone say something to me or orientate me?
My outlook version is Office outlook 2003 SP2 and my operate system is WXP SP2

Ask your network administrator. The only scenario I know of in which the capability to create signatures is disabled is when certain settings are applied with Group Policy Objects. You can look for policy settings in the registry under the HKCU\Software\Policies\Microsoft key.
