Option to Export to .txt, .csv is not available in Access 97

In my installation of Access 97, inlcuding all data access
from the application and the value pack, the option to
export to csv or text is not present. I had this before
and there was something manual to do after the install to
get the option to show, but I can't seem to find it in the
knowledge base. Anyone have any ideas?

Search for the files msexcl35.dll, msxbse35.dll, mspdox35.dll and
mstext35.dll on your hard drive (they should all be in the System folder)
and use regsvr32.exe to reregister them. You may also have to look for
