The Access 97 installation of my computer does not have
more than 5 or 6 options to "save as." I want to export
the file to another document and therefore need to save
it as a .txt (or plain text, not rich text format). That
option is not available, which it is for others with the
same pc configuration as myself. I tried to add the
additional components which are under the Office
CD\Access97\Data Access. When I go to change options for
Data Access it does not allow me to select everything,
and the boxes stay greyed out saying that they are
already installed. The only other thing I have installed
on the PC that may affect this is that everyother office
application is XP and I do use Oracle. Anyone has any
ideas what could be preventing me from selecting all in
the Data Access option of the install?
