option to leave mail on server

outlook express has the option to leave mail on server or not, is there not
the same option somewhere in outlook, i think i've looked everywhere, but no
can find
and
isn't leaving mail on the server only available with imap anyway, i didn't
think it was possible with pop3, so if true and not possible with pop3 what
good is the leave mail on server option anyway?

so thats where it is, thanx,
about the pop3, i understand why you would want to leave mail after reading
from a remote
location, but just thought that was not an available from pop3. so if not
available from pop3 it does not matter what the email client asks for, so
why put choice there if it can't be delivered.
