Optional Form Content Overlay

Hi all,

I have a form which is deployed to a MOSS, the form input all username and
address details, with an optional additional section for additional addresses
that a registrant may have.

When testing the form and clicking to enter another address the section
opens over the top of the buttons, rather than the buttons moving down to
make way for the optional section, any ideas why and how to solve?
