Options box / List Box

Hi,
I am wanting to create a dropdown menu.
If any cell in row B is selected a dropdown menu is given and upon the
selection being made it inserts it into the cell.
Is this done by a list box and linked to the cells or is there a far simpler
method?

Any help is appreciated.
