Options to trun off Exports to Excel

Hello:

Is there any way to turn the 'Export Grid to Excel' under the project center
grid option using PWA? Or do I have to modify the html/asp pages? We want to
keep the PWA access to our users as simple as possible.

modifying the asp code is the only way I know doing this. I replaced this
code with my own for a client. Look at replacing the function
PrintOrExportGrid, in the file PWAPRINT.INC.

Consider what you lose by disabling this feature. We've found users,
expecially managers, respond better at having a spreadsheet given them to
connect to Project Server data than being forced to go to PA. Excel is much
more commonly used than Project Server and has more of a comfort level
associated with it.
